Below you will find shipping rates and important terms for ordering P.L.A.Y. products.

A bit boring, but important stuff to know:

  • Opening order minimums is $200. Reorder minimums is $100. Minimum amount reflect gross totals and do not include any discounts or shipping.
  • Orders ship from our warehouses in Illinois, Nevada and Kentucky.
  • You will receive an invoice with tracking info. with each shipment. We strive to ship your order from one location but occassionally your order may be split into 2 or 3 shipments due to inventory availability.
  • To ensure that you receive all proper email communication about your order, please add [email protected] to your email address book.
  • P.L.A.Y. prohibits listing of products on third party websites such as Amazon, eBay, Rakuten, etc.
  • Promotions/ show specials may not be retroactively applied or combined. Tiered discounts cannot be combined and free shipping is only for orders within contig. USA.
  • We do not accept wholesale returns except in cases of fulfillment errors or manufacturing defect.
  • Before checking out, please take a moment to review your order to make sure all order and shipping information is accurate. We are not responsible for additional return and replacement shipping charges due to incorrect information provided.

Ready to place and order, but curious about shipping rates? Take a look at our simple breakdown:

  • Less than $200 : $25 flat rate
  • $201 - $500 : 12% shipping of gross order value
  • $501 - 900 : 10% shipping of gross order value
  • $901 and above : ships best rate via LTL or FedEx Ground

Shipping rates and free shipping only apply to destinations within contig. USA. For orders to Hawaii and Alaska, we ship via USPS and will advise freight cost before shipping.
